1. Setup your Red Button account and input your list of Call Group members (friends and family). Sign up here.
2. If you have an older device (with a keypad), setup the 5 key to speed dial 1300 820 493. You can also setup a speed dial on a landline or satellite phone
3. If you have a smart phone (iOS, Android, Windows) download the free Red Button app
4. Test the system as many times as you need to become familiar with how it works
5. Make sure to explain the system to your Call Group Members
6. Done! Too easy

1. Buy an EasyCall 3 from your nearest Telstra shop, or online
2. When you purchase the phone you will be asked to choose a phone plan
3. When you receive your EasyCall 3 setup the Quick Access switch to the dial the Red Button system on 1300 820 493
4. Setup your Red Button account and input your list of Call Group members (friends and family). Sign up here.
5. Test the system as many times as you need to become familiar with how it works
6. Make sure to explain the system to your Call Group Members
